Using the CO2 laser source with the power of 40W.

I really like laser. But the highest power laser toy on market is 1W, so I use the laser tube used on carving machine to build this gun (40W CO2 laser).
I also build the focusing system to help focusing(cause laser beam will expand while distance increasing ) but caused by the manufacture precision of 3D printing is low, and I didn’t know how to machine work. Therefore the effort of focusing is very poor. So I cancelled the focusing system.
It required 20000V electric power source to power the laser tube, the power source used in carving machine are very huge and cannot power by batteries. So I use the FBT(a high voltage generator used in old TV) and ZVS to generate 20000V voltage.
Actually I even want to increase power to 1kw, it require me to build laser tube myself, due to the condition, it didn’t success but l learn many knowledge in laser and optical system in principle and application sides. Which actually make a good foundation to the mosquito defence system next.
